Die Erfahrung bringt emotionale Befreiung, tiefe Präsenz und innere Klarheit, geleitet vom Rhythmus deines Atems und ausgewählter Musik. Simone wird einen wunderschönen Raum schaffen, in dem jede:r Teilnehmer:in seine:ihre individuelle Reise erleben kann.
Keine Vorkenntnisse nötig; das Breathwork ist angeleitet.
Die Veranstaltung wird auf Deutsch und/oder Englisch geführt, je nach Bedürfnis der Teilnehmenden.
Das Serrat(u)s hat Yogamatten, Decken und Bolster.

Expect a grounded practice, deep inner journeys, and the kind of presence only the breath can awaken. The experience will unlock emotional release, deep presence, and inner clarity, guided by the rhythm of your breath and carefully selected music. Simone will create a carefully curated, beautiful space where each participant is held to experience their own individual journey.
No prior knowledge is necessary; you’ll be led throughout.
The event will be held in German and/or English, depending on the needs of the participants.
Serrat(us) has yoga mats, blankets and bolsters.
