Breathwork For Men
Details
Dear men,
I’m opening a very new, fresh pilot project, one I’ve been wishung to start for a while now.
Breathwork for Men - held by a woman.
This is not a one-off.
It will be a monthly breathwork evening held in a very special place in Horgen.
It’s a grounded, masculine men’s cave, offered by a dear friend.
A simple, regular place where men can pause, breathe, and reconnect - with themselves and with one another.
Why this?
Because men used to have places to gather and relate.
Often it was the pub.
Today, what’s missing isn’t alcohol or distraction,
it’s presence and real connection.
I know for many men this might come with doubts, discomfort, or resistance at first.
That’s okay.
That’s welcome.
This space isn’t about pushing past anything.
It’s about arriving as you are.
What does breathwork do and why breathwork for men?
Breathwork works directly with the nervous system.
It helps the body shift out of constant stress, pressure, and mental overload into calm, clarity, and regulation.
Many men live in doing mode:
performing, providing, solving, pushing through.
Breathwork creates a pause.
It supports (and it is scientifically proven):
- releasing physical tension and stored stress
- calming the nervous system
- improving focus and mental clarity
- processing emotions without having to talk them through
- better sleep and recovery
For men, breathwork offers a way to reset without explaining, analysing, or performing.
It’s not about fixing anything.
It’s about giving the system space to breathe.
Many men don’t need more information.
They need space.
That’s what breathwork offers and why I’ve wanted to start this for a while now.
Why me?
I’ve walked through a deep personal process over the past four years, including separation and divorce after 20 years together.
That path taught me a lot.
About relationships.
About men.
About the pressure men live under, and yes, women too.
There’s a lot offered for women.
But what is there for men?
I’ve also learned deeply through my relationship with the first man in my life - my father.
Through all of this, one thing became very clear to me:
how men and women are feeling and relating these days, truly matters to me.
This is why I’m starting this new pilot project.
And if this sparked even a little curiosity in you write me, get a ticket and please be welcome to join us.
