What we’re about
As an offshoot of the "Walking in Brussels" group, we aim to create an additional space where friends who connected during our hikes can strengthen their bonds in a different setting.
Non-hikers are warmly welcome to join as well.
The Sunday/Saturday Walks will take place at various locations across Brussels, though not on a regular schedule.
Occasionally, we invite hosts knowledgeable in the principles of "Forest Bathing" to incorporate this activity into our strolls.

Monthly Qigong in Nature
At its core, Qigong is about cultivating and balancing the body's energy, or Qi, through a combination of physical movements, breathwork, visualisation and meditation. In this way, Qigong can be seen as a form of Inner Alchemy, a way of transforming one's inner landscape to achieve greater health, emotional balance and introspective awareness.Qigong is best done in nature and Brussels sure does spoil use with its greenery. We will do a small hiking loop in forest le Rouge Cloître and have 3 stops in open fields to practise Dragon Qigong, breathwork and meditation.
Soundscape
The goal of Qigong is to reach a flow state, to aid in this Amaury will accompany everything with different instruments like the Himalayan singing bowls, Chinese flute, didgeridoo etc.Water element
Qigong is one of the 5 pillars of Traditional Chinese Medicine and in today's workshop we will dive deeper into the water element and its meridians. Every month we will go through another element.Facilitators
Natacha: certified Qigong instructor and completed 3 teacher trainings in Daoist Qigong.

🌿 Nature Hike in Bokrijk - 15 Km Loop
I was initially drawn to this place by the open-air museum and the road crossing the lake. But while exploring the forest, I discovered an even more fascinating area with wild lakes and hidden paths . There’s also a lovely arboretum to visit along the trail!
Easy flat hike. 4.5 Km/h***

To stay true to the original spirit of our group — which aims to incorporate various aspects of Forest Bathing 🌲🧘 — this time, you'll be introduced to a brief and gentle technique involving the sound “I’M”
This sound is rooted in many ancient traditions 🕉️ and serves the purpose of gently shifting your point of perception:
from personality identification to Real Self identification 🌟
It will be a light-hearted and playful introduction — a funny initial attempt to reconnect with the deeper essence of who we are.***
