We go for a walk in the Forest d'Soignes and will find a place to meditate under the power of a shamanic drum.
Shamanic drumming promotes deep relaxation, helping to regulate the nervous system and reduce stress by shifting brainwaves into a meditative theta state. This rhythmic practice can also support emotional release, inner clarity, and a sense of connection to self and nature.
What to bring:
Bottle of water and (optional) light snacks.
Something to seat on or a yoga mat.
Use shoes appropriate for walking in the forest.
A lantern (just in case).
