About us
Come join us at Brewers at 4001 Yancey in LoSo for a monthly Euchre tournament, typically on the last Sunday of every month unless there are prior conflicts with the event space. The tournament starts at 3pm and we ask players to be there and sign up by 2:50. Each new player gets a deck of cards and a free beer or cider with the initial entry fee. Play is always free, but the cards and beer deal is there for new players! Prizes are awarded for 1st and 2nd place. We randomize the pairings so that you don't have to come with a partner every time and it allows you to meet and play with different folks. Scoring is cumulative and the person with the most points, wins. We play twice around the table instead of to 10 to increase the pace of play and allow us to get 5 or 6 rounds in with less waiting in between. If there are an odd number of players, there are pickup games on the side and if you do happen to get a bye, you are awarded the average # of points from the last 4 months. We keep track of byes and try not to have anyone have a bye in consecutive months and never more than 1 any given day. The taproom has 40 beers on tap, their own distillery, great wine list and a full scratch kitchen along with amazing hospitality!!
Don't miss the next one! August 20th at 3pm.
