APPLY HERE to become a paid part-time When We Count Fellow
Are you a young leader interested making an impact on this year's critical Midterm Elections? If so, a When We Count Fellowship is a great opportunity to consider and/or share with a friend (age 18-29). WWC Fellows will be trained to register young Democratic voters on the ground. Considering that nearly 60% of Americans 18-24 are not enrolled in college, there's a particular focus on non-college youth – a group frequently overlooked by traditional youth registration efforts. Fellowships include 10 hours a week at $20/hour.

The first cohorts will launch in spring 2026 across priority congressional districts in Arizona and Nevada. Across districts in these two states, the program will train more than 100 Fellows to register tens of thousands of voters, while building a pipeline of future organizers for the Party. Other states will be added thereafter so get your applications in now.
