Join us for a walk round Blackcap, Lewes Beacon, and Offham Marshes from Cooksbridge station.
If you have Komoot then this is the link to the walk here
We will start at 13:10 from Cooksbridge Railway Station (W3W: ///terminal.pelting.revealing).

What to bring: Snacks & Lunch if you want to (vegan only please), drinks (water not vodka), and a waterproof (because this is the UK). This shouldn't be too muddy a trail and walking boots are not a necessity... but your brand new vans will get dirty, so wear shoes you don't mind getting a bit messed up.
Getting there:
Train ๐ 12:56 from Brighton Railway Station to Eastbourne will get into Cooksbridge at 13:19. Trains back are at 14 mins past the hour, so will likely get the 16:14 or 17:14 back. Cost ยฃ8.40 without a railcard.Driving ๐ there is some parking nearby both on street and a the station car park.
Weather ๐ง This is the UK. The weather is at best unpredictable so we will check the day before and post whether this can go ahead. Light rain will not stop us and even if it looks sunny, bring a waterproof.

- โจ๐Free Ceroc Dance lesson - Hove๐บโจRalli Hall Studio, Brighton
Event opens 2 weeks before at 9am
๐ We are excited to be running our first Vegan meetup dance event! it'll be a free lesson, very generously provided by Ceroc Sussex. Ceroc is a partner dance that is a modern fusion of dance styles such as jive, salsa and ballroom, it is easy to learn and can be danced to any type of music.
โจIt is an inclusive class where you are not expected to stick to traditional gender roles when leading or following.
๐ No dance experience needed, no need to bring a partner (everyone will rotate around the class, dancing with different people) It is easy for everyone, especially those who believe they have โtwo left feetโ. It is for all ages.
๐บThe emphasis is on a fun, accessible night out rather than a strict dance class.
The plan:
๐ธ7.00pm โ Meet teacher and our crew in a bespoke welcome session for your group (before regulars arrive)
๐ธPre-class Free Vegan drink (Fentimans Ginger Beer or J20 or Water) You can bring your own drinks to the class but please no alcohol.
๐ธFollowed by easy ice-breaker dance move with teacher.
๐ธ7.45pm โ Join the rest of the dancers for the start of the regular Ceroc Hove Thursday Night. This will be with people ages ranging from 20s - 80s.
๐ธ8pm - Beginners Class starts. Then participate in full Ceroc Night including 2 Classes and freestyle.
๐ธWe run till 11pm. No obligation to stay whole night of course.
โจFor those who wish to attend some further Ceroc classes. They will have a special offer for half price entry to some follow up classes.โจ
Ralli Hall is easy to get to as it's a very short walk from Hove train station and stops on the 7 & 21 bus lines.
