Sick of your relatives? Done with being surrounded by celebratory dead animals? Join us for coffee, lunch and boardgames at Alcampo lounge and bask in the loving support of some other vegans.

Games will NOT include Monopoly 😛 they will be fun and easy.

FYI boardgaming is cool now. We will have games like Carcasonne, Coup, Bang!, King of Tokyo, Azul, Bohnanza, Ticket to ride Europe, and other amazing boardgames.

Join us for a walk round the South Downs to Telescombe Village from Southease station.

If you have Komoot then this is the link to the walk here

We will start at 13:15 from Southease Railway Station (W3W: ///swims.undivided.nutrient).

Trail: 5.7 miles/9.2 Km should take approx. 2.5 hours. We will stop once or twice and make sure we take time to enjoy the scenery. For those who have been before this will be a slower hike to enjoy the scenery more.

What to bring: Snacks & Lunch if you want to (vegan only please), drinks (water not vodka), and a waterproof (because this is the UK). This might be a muddy trail so walking boots or old shoes are recommended... your brand new vans will get dirty, so wear shoes you don't mind getting a bit messed up.

Getting there:
Train 🚂 12:36 from Brighton Railway Station will get into Southease at 13:06. Trains back are at 5 mins past the hour, so will likely get the 16:05 back. Cost £6.99 without a railcard.

Driving 🚗 You can park in Lewes and get the train. I am not aware of parking at Southease.

Weather 🌧 This is the UK. The weather is at best unpredictable so we will check the day before and post whether this can go ahead. Light rain will not stop us and even if it looks ok, bring a waterproof.

It’s Veganuary! It’s cold! Time for a vegan Sunday roast.

Join us at The Earth & Stars, a cosy plant-based pub in the North Laine. Take your pick from the three roast mains on offer with all the usual sides including a yorkshire puddding!

Ask at the bar for the table booked for Faye.

Dice Saloon is board game cafe with a large selection of games to play.
They toasties, one of which is vegan, and a number of different soft drinks and alcohol.

This event is free, but it does cost money to run. If you would like to pay £1 to the organiser to help with costs that would be appreciated. But is absolutely not necessary.
