Fairy Wood Hike 🥾⛰️🏞 from Wivelsfield
Wivelsfield Station, Leylands Road, Burgess Hill, West Sussex, RH15 0QF , GBRSVP opens two weeks before at 9am
Join us for a walk round Fairy wood - Bluebell wood and pond from Wivelsfield station.

We will start at 13:20 from Wivelsfield Railway Station (W3W: ///demand.fire.people).
Trail: 6.7 miles/10.7 Km should take approx. 3 hours. The trail is a fairly flat walk through some beautiful woodland. We will stop once or twice and make sure we take time to enjoy the scenery. For those who have been before this will be a slower hike to enjoy the scenery more.
What to bring: Snacks & Lunch if you want to (vegan only please), drinks (water not vodka), and a waterproof (because this is the UK). This might be a muddy trail so walking boots or old shoes are recommended... your brand new vans will get dirty, so wear shoes you don't mind getting a bit messed up.
Getting there:
Train 🚂 12:58 from Brighton Railway Station will get into Wivelsfield at 13:14. Trains back are at 29 and 59 mins past the hour, so will likely get the 15:59 or 16:29 back. Cost £8.10 without a railcard.Driving 🚗 there is some parking nearby both on street and a the station car park. But cannot be guaranteed.
Weather 🌧 This is the UK. The weather is at best unpredictable so we will check the day before and post whether this can go ahead. Light rain will not stop us and even if it looks sunny, bring a waterproof.

Join us for a walk round Blackcap, Lewes Beacon, and Offham Marshes from Cooksbridge station.

We will start at 13:10 from Cooksbridge Railway Station (W3W: ///terminal.pelting.revealing).
Trail: 6.7 miles/10.7 Km should take approx. 3 hours. The trail is up a hill, but the views will be worth it. We will stop once or twice and make sure we take time to enjoy the scenery. For those who have been before this will be a slower hike to enjoy the scenery more.
What to bring: Snacks & Lunch if you want to (vegan only please), drinks (water not vodka), and a waterproof (because this is the UK). This shouldn't be too muddy a trail and walking boots are not a necessity... but your brand new vans will get dirty, so wear shoes you don't mind getting a bit messed up.

Train 🚂 12:56 from Brighton Railway Station to Eastbourne will get into Cooksbridge at 13:19. Trains back are at 14 mins past the hour, so will likely get the 16:14 or 17:14 back. Cost £8.40 without a railcard.Driving 🚗 there is some parking nearby both on street and a the station car park.

We are not taking on the establishment unfortunately, but rather going bowling! 🎳🎳🎳 No matter your skill level, whether you have never played before, want the bumpers, or know how yo find the pocket everyone is welcome!
This will be inclusive and friendly 😊😊😊
3 games for £13 pp. works out £4.33 per game. Payment is in advance and by banl transfer only. No cash and no payment on the day.
This will likely mean 2-3 hours of play. We will try and mix up the lanes after each game so you get to play with loads of people.
Getting there: There is a pay car park opposite. But the 7 bus goes straight to the Marina 🚌🚏🎟 and you can tap on and off with your card or buy a ticket from the driver.
Parking: There is a multistory car park in the Marina, next to Hollywood Bowl, is free up to 4 hours. Or you can park in ASDA for free, up to 2 hours. Though we will be there longer than that.

Payment, refunds, guests & veganism
You must pay in advance James will contact you with details. No payments on the night. If you don't have PayPal James can provide bank details.Refunds are due if James or Hollywood Bowl cancel or reschedule. If you can no longer make it a refund will be made only if we can fill your spot and someone else pays. Otherwise, there will be no refunds no matter the circumstances.
All food and drink you consume with us MUST be vegan. If you turn up and order non vegan food you will be asked to leave and no refund will be given. You will also be removed from this group for breaking the code of conduct.
