Parent & Baby Yoga & Sound Journey – A Gentle Sanctuary for You Both
Join us for a heartwarming, informal session of gentle yoga and sound healing designed especially for parents and their little ones.
This is not your average baby class — it’s a nurturing space to relax, stretch, bond with your baby, and be soothed by the gentle tones of singing bowls, chimes, and soft instruments. Expect cuddles, coos, connection, and calm.
Our focus is on creating a nourishing, non-judgmental environment where you and your baby can simply be. No pressure, no perfect poses — just breath, movement, sound, and presence.
Whether you’re postpartum and seeking gentle movement or simply want to share a beautiful experience with your baby, this is a wonderful opportunity to connect, unwind, and restore.
What to Expect:
- Gentle parent-and-baby yoga (no previous experience needed)
- Live sound journey with singing bowls and soft instruments
- Time for tea, chats, and connection afterwards
- A cosy, calm atmosphere with bolsters, blankets, mats, and a welcoming vibe
- Open to all parents and carers with babies under 12 months
