About us
Family Constellation Workshop
You are warmly invited to a supportive and reflective Family Constellation workshop, created to help you explore your ancestral stories and support your personal development goals.
This workshop offers a gentle space to look at the patterns, experiences and relationships that may have been passed down through generations. Through the concept of morphic resonance, we will explore how greater understanding and clarity can emerge when we acknowledge what belongs within our family system.
Come and meet others who are curious about their ancestral stories, personal growth and deeper connection. There will also be time to relax, enjoy some snacks and connect with wonderful souls in a welcoming environment.
No previous experience is needed—just an open heart and a willingness to explore.
Date: Saturday 5th September, Time: 9.30am-4.30pm Location: Anahata Clinic, Brighton Booking: https://anahatahealth.co.uk/events/systemic-constellations-workshop/ Please state whether you're interested in being an issue holder on the day or prefer to be a representative where you support another with their issue.

Join me for a full-day Family Constellations workshop at Anahata Health Clinic in Brighton.
Family Constellations is an experiential way of exploring patterns within families, relationships and wider systems. During the day there will be opportunities to bring your own issue for a constellation, or to participate as a representative in someone else’s work.
Representatives often find that taking part in another person’s constellation brings insight into their own life too.
No previous experience is needed.
