Mantra Meditation Journey
Details
By the simple process of mantra meditation, our mind and heart are gradually purified of all kinds of stress, worry, misconceptions, anger, anxiety and deep-seated fears etc. We begin to experience an ever-deepening inner peace and happiness and increasing insights into life.
The evening is fully guided and includes breathing, mindfulness, mantra/kirtan meditation & some reflections from yoga texts. We end with some spiced Chai and Vegan treats :)
Be a part of an immersive and interactive mantra meditation journey and join many other like-minded people. Everyone is welcome, whether you regularly engage in meditation or never before we encourage you to come along for a special night of chanting.
