Sip & Create: A Mindful Tea Ceremony Ritual

You’re warmly invited to join us for a gentle morning of tea, creativity, and mindful presence.
On Saturday 31st May, from 10:00am – 12:00pm, we’ll gather at Vend Cafe for Sip & Create: A Mindful Tea Ceremony Ritual — an intimate experience designed to help you slow down, soften, and reconnect with yourself through tea and art.
Together, we’ll explore a guided traditional Chinese tea ceremony in a relaxed and welcoming way. No previous tea knowledge or brewing skills are needed — simply bring yourself as you are. You’ll be gently guided through the ritual before having the chance to continue the tea practice in your own flow and rhythm. All tea wares, sampling teas and tea snacks are provided.
As the tea settles the mind, we’ll then move into a creative session where you’ll be invited to create an artwork with tea being the media, inspired by your inner landscape and the feelings that arise through the experience. No artistic experience is necessary — this is about expression, presence, and enjoying the process.
This gathering is intentionally kept small, with only 8 spots available, to create a calm and nurturing atmosphere for everyone attending.
