What we’re about
We're a contemplative and radically inclusive Christian community. Our services often involve music, contemplation and discussion, and cycle through four different forms:
- Creative - poetry, music, forms of expression
- Engage - social justice and activism, often engaging with inequality and the climate
- Rest - a contemplative service with periods of silence
- Table - communion or eating a meal together
We meet every Sunday evening at 7pm at Cotham Parish Church, and many of us stay for a chat after over alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks.
Many of our congregants are LGBTQIA+ and our community minister is trans, so we're a very affirming space for spiritual and Christian Queer people. We are made up of many different backgrounds and walks of life, and value our different viewpoints and contributions. We're neurodivergent friendly and introvert friendly. All are welcome. But actually, really welcome.
Foundation has been described as "like being at Greenbelt every week", and is a safe and caring community. Come and see!
