The mid week swim is back!!

Usk Island swim. Swim at this famous swimming spot, after which we can visit Usk castle, a beautiful walk to which will involve a 250m disused railway tunnel! There will no doubt be time for tea and scones afterwards in the beautiful town of Usk.

Remember, you will never regret not spending too much time in the office!
Bring waterproofs, it is on the borders of Wales and a packed lunch and stout shoes and a torch for the tunnel!
Anyone who has a car and can offer lifts, please let me know.
