SF - HOSTED - 3rd Annual Guy Fawkes Celebration and Food

Ok everyone it's time for our annual Guy Fawkes celebration. As usual we are meeting at Ocean Beach, across from Beach Chalet and will have taken over the main bonfire. This is a great event that everyone loves. Since we have to pay for the site please RSVP and pay asap as I need to book the spot soon. Also, please note that food and non alcoholic bevereges are provided. However as this is such a big event we need some help with the following:

Need a couple of Guy's made to burn. Last year we ended up with 6 which was awesome so anyone interested in making one let me know.

We charge individuals for the event and do check that everyone has paid. If you are bringing children please note that any child over 6 will be charged for the event as noted. Also, please note that we the sponsors are not responsible for children and they must be watched by the people that have brought them.

Some notes: It is illegal to bring or drink alcholic beverages on the beach. We the sponsors are not responsible for any fines etc. The Rangers do come and check us out so please adhere to this rule. Also fireworks are illegal on this beach and same rules apply.

0-6 is free

We will be moving over to Park Chalet(at Beach Chalet) afterwards around 8 or 9pm depending on the weather for drinks etc. It is a no host bar and everyone must pay as they go. Also, children are allowed in the chalet. to utilize the Beach Chalet for the food after we have burned our effigies as some of you may remember last year we had a cold and wet afternoon and night. We are hoping that having the majority of the food etc at the Park/Beach Chalet will help with this. That is why the Bonfire is going to be earlier this year.
