Is it on your bucket list to take a fun, social dance lesson with music you are familiar with?

Kevin Kim is returning to Colorado for a limited seasonal engagement at Boulder Ballet (Dairy Arts) to share a method of blues dance designed specifically for mid-lifers—prioritizing heart, social connection, and ease of learning. Hundreds of dancers have been tranformed with this method of dance lessons.

About Your Instructor Kevin is an experienced instructor and community organizer who has spent the last decade developing blues dance communities across Colorado, Arizona, and New Mexico. Once "socially challenged" himself, Kevin’s mission is to help others on a similar path live more courageously through the joy of lead-follow partnership dancing.

The Experience

  • Low Impact: Blues is a natural, grounded dance that is easy on the body and joints.
  • What is Blues Dance?: A family of dances focused on rhythm, heart, and a unique, communicative lead-follow connection.
