I recently discovered Beef Rolls that come from Northern China. So yummy and seemingly healthy (haha). I know, I know, why did it take me so long to find these, right? So, let's roll up / roll into Northern Cafe in El Segundo for some delightful Chinese food. The regional manager states that their most popular items are dumplings, beef fried noodles, cucumber salad, noodle soups, and beef fried rice.
