Keebs [&] Kopi - Brunei Keyboard Meetup 2023

Keebs [&] Kopi - Brunei Keyboard Meetup 2023 is a community run event organised by Ibbi-dibbi-doo and SageKeys Brunei held at Batches Coffee, where members of the Brunei Keyboard Community can bring their keyboard collections to show off and to try and admire other unique builds submitted by the community.

Registering with a digital ticket will grant you a free sticker, limited to 1 per person/ticket. (per ticket)

The keyboards will be displayed on tables throughout the cafe and attendees can vote for 2 keyboards in each of these categories for a free sticker:

1. Top 3 best looking
2. Top 3 best sounding
3. Top 3 best feeling

We'll also have a small Monkeytype contest in exchange for prizes and exclusive Keebmeet merchandise!

• 12:15 - 13:00
• Setup and Showcase Check-in
• Owners of showcased boards can check-in early to fill up board detail cards and set-up on the display tables.
• 13:00
• Event begins and doors are open!
• The event is officially opened to attendees and non-showcase owners.
• 13:30 - 14:30
• Monkeytype 10-word Sprint
• This is when the Monkeytype booth is opened! Participants are given a 90-second window with unlimited retries to set their highest Words Per Minute (WPM) record with 100% accuracy.
• 14:45 - 15:45
• Monkeytype 30-second Endurance
• This category requires participants to set their highest WPM possible in the 30-second mode and are given 3 attempts.
• 16:00 - 17:00
• Monkeytype 60-second Endurance
• This category requires participants to set their highest WPM possible in the 60-second mode and are given 2 attempts.
• 17:00 - 17:30
• Keeb Vote Results & Awards
• Time when voting closes and winners of the Keyboard Vote are announced!
• 17:30 - 18:00
• Group Photo Session
• A small group photo session with all the showcased keyboard owners!
