Saturday looks a bit cooler than Sunday, so let's continue our footpath on the GR 126 (mostly). This time going north so we can finish in Dinant with options for ice-cream (and better train connections).
From Gendron-Celles the route starts with following the Lesse, enters the Parc de Furfooz, crosses the river a few times and then climbs up to the Les Aiguilles de Chaleux and to its viewpoint. We will cross the river a few more times, walk past the Chateu Walzin, visit the La Nausee area and then head back to the GR 126 passing by a few scenic viewpoints over the Meuse this time. After Anseremme we will have a last climb for some views above Dinant and finish the hike in the historic center.

We will try to keep close to an average moving speed of 4.5 -5km/h. We will walk both on paved and unpaved roads. I’ve not tested this track beforehand, so it’s possible that there are some mistakes in the planning (i.e. it may become longer ;-).

The number of participants is limited to 15, so please manage your registration responsibly: only sign up if you really intend to come and cancel as soon as you know you can’t (this also goes for people on the waiting list!).
