From the magnificent Mosque-Cathedral of Córdoba to Seville's historic palaces, Granada's legendary Alhambra and the beautiful mountain villages of the Alpujarras, this journey brings together history, architecture, nature and local culture.
And the best part?
You don't need to bring someone along to enjoy the experience.
Whether you're travelling solo, joining with a friend or reconnecting with people you've met at our previous events, you're welcome.
Because at Sunday Vacations, discovering new places is only part of the adventure.
The other part is discovering the people we share those moments with.

## What Kind of Event Is This?
Signature Experience | International Cultural Discovery
This is a multi-day community travel experience bringing together members from across the Sunday Vacations Network.
Sunday Vacations, operated by Brussels-based UJAMAA ASBL, facilitates the community experience and opportunities for social connection.
The proposed travel itinerary is provided by Bin Firnas Travel S.L., an independent Spanish travel agency responsible for the travel services it operates.
Travel reservations and payments will be handled directly by the travel provider.

## 🗺️ Our Proposed Andalusian Journey
### 🇪🇸 Day 1 - Saturday 23 January | Welcome to Córdoba
Arrival in Málaga and onward journey to Córdoba.
Discover the magnificent Mosque-Cathedral and wander through the atmospheric streets of the historic centre.
Our first day is also an opportunity to meet fellow travellers and begin discovering Andalusia together.
### 🌿 Day 2 - Sunday 24 January | Medina Azahara & Seville
Explore Medina Azahara, the remarkable archaeological remains of a former palatial city dating from the 10th century.
Continue to Seville, Andalusia's vibrant capital.
Discover the beautiful Plaza de España and experience the city's lively atmosphere.
### 💃 Day 3 - Monday 25 January | Seville & Granada
Discover Seville's Royal Alcázar and the famous Giralda before continuing to Granada.
Explore the historic Albaicín neighbourhood, known for its narrow streets, traditional architecture and beautiful views towards the Alhambra.
### 🏰 Day 4 - Tuesday 26 January | The Alhambra
Discover one of Andalusia's most celebrated landmarks: the magnificent Alhambra.
The proposed visit includes the Nasrid Palaces, subject to ticket availability and confirmation.
Enjoy time exploring Granada's historic centre and discovering its unique atmosphere.
### 🏔️ Day 5 - Wednesday 27 January | The Alpujarras
Leave the cities behind and discover the beautiful landscapes of the Alpujarras.
Visit Pampaneira, a picturesque whitewashed village surrounded by mountain scenery.
Return to Granada for our final evening together — a chance to share memories, enjoy conversations and celebrate the connections made along the way.
### ✈️ Day 6 - Thursday 28 January | Return via Málaga
Our Andalusian journey comes to an end with the return journey via Málaga.
We may return home with photographs and wonderful memories — and perhaps some new friends to join us at future Sunday Vacations events.
The programme is indicative. The final itinerary, visits, transportation and timings remain subject to confirmation by the travel provider.
## 📍 Meeting Point & Departure
Departure is planned from Belgium, with the airport, meeting location and transportation details to be confirmed.
Members discovering this event through our other communities are also welcome to express their interest.
Any arrangements for joining from other departure locations must be confirmed separately with the travel provider.

The final travel price, availability and booking conditions will be announced once confirmed by Bin Firnas Travel S.L.
Interested participants will receive information about the confirmed itinerary, accommodation, transportation, included and excluded services, optional activities and booking conditions.
Travel bookings and payments will be handled directly by the independent travel provider.

## Food & Dietary Preferences
Andalusia is also a wonderful destination for discovering local flavours and culinary traditions.
Our travel partner has confirmed that halal food options can be arranged.
Participants may also communicate other dietary preferences, including vegetarian, vegan, kosher, Jain and other requirements.
Specific meal arrangements cannot be guaranteed until confirmed by the travel provider.
All participants are welcome, regardless of background, religion or dietary preferences.
## 🎒 What to Bring
We recommend comfortable walking shoes, warm layers for January, a waterproof jacket, valid travel documents, suitable personal travel insurance and a small day bag.
Some sightseeing activities may involve extended walking, steps or uneven historic streets.
Please inform the organisers in advance if you have accessibility needs that may affect your participation.

Sunday Vacations facilitates social and cultural connections through shared activities and community experiences. It is not a travel agency and does not sell or operate the travel services described in this proposed itinerary.
The proposed travel itinerary is provided by Bin Firnas Travel S.L., an independent Spanish travel agency. Travel services, reservations, payments and the applicable booking conditions will be handled directly by that provider.
Activities are organised by volunteers and covered under the COCOF volunteer insurance framework.
The COCOF volunteer insurance framework concerns eligible volunteer activities under the applicable policy terms. It does not replace personal travel insurance or imply automatic coverage of participants' travel risks.
Any separate community contribution will be disclosed before payment.
