Brussels Stoics is a group dedicated to create a space for learning and practicing Stoicism in everyday life. Our mission is to bring together people in Brussels who seek to cultivate virtue, resilience, and wisdom through the principles of Stoic philosophy.
We organize a variety of activities to explore and apply Stoicism:
🏛 Reading and discussion groups on classic texts by Marcus Aurelius, Epictetus, and Seneca, as well as modern Stoic thinkers.
🏋️ The Stoic Gym – practical exercises designed to strengthen self-discipline, emotional balance, and mental clarity.
📖 Introductory course on Stoicism, perfect for those new to the philosophy and looking for a structured way to start practicing.
☕ Stoic cafés and debates – informal gatherings to discuss Stoic ideas and how they apply to daily challenges.
🌿 Stoic walks and retreats, combining philosophical reflection with nature.
🎤 Stoic Talks – conversations with experts and scholars on various aspects of Stoicism.
🗓 Stoic Week – an immersive experience where participants live according to Stoic principles for a week, following guided exercises and reflections.
