About us

Come As You Are Brussels is a space for people who want to slow down, reconnect with themselves, and meet others in a more relaxed and genuine way.

Our gatherings may include gentle movement, playful connection activities, tea, conversation, and other simple shared experiences. Some events will be more active, while others will be quieter—but the intention is always the same: to create moments where people can feel more present, comfortable, and connected.

You do not need any previous experience, and there is no pressure to perform or be a certain way. Come with curiosity, come on your own, and most importantly, come as you are.

Come Back to Your Body — Guided Embodiment Movement Class

Join us for a one-hour guided movement practice designed to help you slow down, reconnect with your body, and move out of your head for a while.
Through gentle movement, breath, shaking, stretching, self-touch and intuitive exploration, you’ll be invited to notice what feels good, release some of the tension of the day, and reconnect with yourself at your own pace.
There is no choreography to follow and no previous experience with embodiment, dance, yoga or movement is required. You are always encouraged to listen to your body and adapt the movements to what feels right for you.
