Teddy Smith
I've been involved with competitive robotics for a little over half my life with me getting started with the FIRST LEGO League competition. After around 5 years in FLL I transitioned into FIRST Robotics Competition where I worked under the Meridian based team 5461 VERN. During my time on the team I had the opportunity to take part in programming 4 130 pound robots and on my last year I was able to attend the FIRST World Championship thanks to my team winning the Impact Award. I now volunteer for the Idaho FRC Idaho Regional Competition as a technical advisor for teams. I am also currently in the process of creating my own robotics software toolkit for use in the Rival Robotics Competition and eventually intend to join BSU's Lunabotics team in the near future.
Currently a student at CWI and plan to transfer to bsu this fall. I plan to get my bachelors in mechanical engineering and my masters in computer science. I am also looking for an internship opportunity.
