Welcome to our Thursday Women's Empowering Authentic Sharing Circling Method -A.S.C.M.
The session is FREE-open to everyone, and it will be hosted by New York's very own Integral relationships facilitator Lissa.
The Authentic Sharing Circling Method -A.S.C.M. blends elements of group dynamics, shadow work, 12 steps practice, meditation for creating a SAFE SELF-EXPRESSION & KNOWLEDGE SPACE.
Are you looking for more depth and authenticity in your life, in relation to others as well as with yourself? Do you long to relate instead of switching off, and to connect with yourself and others in deepest explorative and revealing ways? Do you like to be surprised by the journey of yourself in finding the courage to show ourselves in the truth of who and how we are?
Often, we cruise through life without the feeling of being “seen or understood” often we hide being the personality with a deep desire to be open and our authentic self to be seen!
As we begin to open up in a safe environment without judgment or response from anyone else, we can often feel a huge sense of relief and connection.
We try to give everyone a 3-minute slot to share their sensations, emotions, reactions, and experience with one another, but you can just come and listen if you do not feel the need for sharing yet.

Lissa’s passion is inspiring others to share authentically and have fulfilling relationships. She is a facilitator for teaching Martin Ucik’s Integral Relationship modules. Lissa aids women in shadow work, inner child work, anchoring their inner masculine, and cultivating more trust in their own hearts.
