Kamilla Életmódközponthu, Márton utca 28., Budapest, HUI am happy to invite you to a mindful yin yoga practice in English in Budapest.
Join me for a slow and intentional practice that brings together mindful movement, breath and deep relaxation — a gentle space to reconnect with your body, quiet the mind and simply be present.
The practice is slow-paced and grounding, with some moments of strength, balance and core engagement. Everything is guided with awareness rather than performance, inviting you to listen to your body, notice your sensations and stay connected to your breath.
Through mindful movement, breathwork, awareness and moments of stillness, we’ll create space to slow down and support the nervous system in a natural and gentle way.
✨ All levels are welcome. Beginners are warmly invited, and no prior flexibility or experience is needed, only curiosity and willingness to explore mindfulness.
What to expect:
- A warm and welcoming space to connect with yourself and others
- Mindful movement guided by the breath
- Slow flow with elements of strength and balance
- Gentle practices to support nervous system regulation
- Moments of stillness and awareness
- A deeply relaxing final rest accompanied by singing bowls
- Free tea after class 🍵

· Your favourite yoga mat or towel if you wish, but on the spot we have also free mats and accesories.

- This event costs 3500HUF per person and should be paid in advance to attend the class.
