A million books with a million methods can’t substitute the direct experience of being able to learn and discuss the actual application of the Buddha-dharma’s expansive advice on meditation and transformation. This workshop will include creative ways to get to know your mind’s affinities in terms of meditative techniques as well as offering time and space to reinvigorate the practices you may already have.

Schedule for JAN 3 & 4: Morning Session 10:00 am to 12:00 pm, Lunch Break 12:00 pm to 1:30 pm, Afternoon Session 1:30 to 3:30 pm
