This course offers a practical path to developing the inner strength to stay calm during conflict, find genuine contentment with what you have, and discover the joy that comes from truly caring for others. Through guided meditation and shared reflection, you’ll cultivate these essential human qualities.
The Journey
Drawing from timeless teachings and adapted for modern life, we’ll explore 16 core human qualities that research shows can literally rewire our brains for greater happiness and resilience. Each session focuses on one quality—from humility and patience to courage and service—through gentle meditation practices that anyone can learn.
You’ll discover that meditation isn’t about emptying your mind or sitting in uncomfortable positions. It’s about becoming aware of the mental patterns that drive your daily life, and learning to direct your inner energy in ways that create more peace and purpose.

The Approach
Each 90-minute session includes guided meditation, time for personal reflection, and opportunities to share insights with others on a similar journey.
No previous meditation experience needed—just curiosity about developing your inner potential and creating positive change in your life and community. Drop in as your schedule allows, each session is self-contained.
