Every stage of the Lamrim rests on the one before it. In this four-part course, Venerable Sangye Khadro draws on her book How to Meditate on the Stages of the Path to guide us through the foundational contemplations: the preciousness of this human life, impermanence and death, refuge, karma, and purification. Each 90-minute session combines traditional teachings, practical commentary, guided meditation, and time for questions. Having the book is encouraged but not required.
