Membership is free and includes in person and online events.

Sauna Session

Join us for a $5 sauna session at Alchemy Saunas Fremantle.
Join the Buddy Up community of first responders and defence members for this decompression session.
Combine the heat of the saunas with the ice showers to help you recover, recharge and build resilience.

Line Dancing Class - Honky Tonk
Honky Tonk Blues, 81 High Street, Fremantle,, Fremantle, AUGet your boot scootin on to some country tunes, and join us for a line dancing class. Whether you've tried it before or are a total beginner, the instructor ensures everyone can get involved with easy to follow steps.
The event is open to all Buddy Up members at no cost.
There is no catch, we are a community organisation for current and ex-serving First Responders and Defence Members.
