In This Group, You’ll Learn How To:
- Set boundaries clearly and confidently — without over-explaining
- Stop overfunctioning, over-apologizing, and over-accommodating
- Say no without guilt and yes with full-body alignment
- Identify where you’ve been abandoning yourself and shift the pattern
- Hold your ground even when it’s uncomfortable
- Take up space in your relationships, work, family, and daily life How It Works
How it works:
- Sessions: We meet live twice a month.
- Format: Each 60-minute session will include coaching, discussion, and practical exercises you can immediately apply.
- Location: Our sessions are hosted via Zoom, so you can join from anywhere.
- Cost: This group operates on a donation basis, with a suggested contribution of $15. Your support helps us continue offering this space in a donation-based format. If you’re unable to donate, you’re still more than welcome to join us.

She focuses on empowering clients to cultivate healthy relationships and establish stronger boundaries. Sherah combines evidence-based strategies with empathetic support.
