Join us for two back-to-back interactive workshops where we’ll dive deep into two pillars of modern JavaScript: object-oriented programming and asynchronicity.

Guided by Codesmith co-founder and CAO Will Sentence, you’ll uncover the inner workings of JavaScript’s object model and learn how the language multitasks in a single-threaded world. • The four key approaches to object-oriented programming in JavaScript
• How prototypes and the prototype chain work under the hood
• The evolution of OOP: from ES5 factories and constructors to ES6 classes
• The challenges of JavaScript’s single-threaded nature
• How asynchronicity powers modern web development
• How promises help solve the problem of inversion of control

Whether you’re refining your skills or building a strong foundation, these hands-on sessions will equip you with the tools to write scalable, resilient, and modern JavaScript.
