At Codesmith, community is at the heart of everything we do. “Family Dinner” is a weekly tradition where our residents and team from the full time remote immersive come together to celebrate achievements, give shoutouts and reflect on the journey of becoming software engineers.

This event is more than a recap of the week - it’s a glimpse into the supportive, collaborative culture that makes the Codesmith experience unique. Family Dinner highlights how residents push each other to grow, share wins and build lasting connections that extend far beyond the program.
