MBSP, MINDFULNESS BASED STRENGTH PRACTICE - is a new program developed by the VIA Institute on Character that brings together the latest science of mindfulness and character strengths into a practical learning experience. The aim is to help people flourish by getting in conscious contact with their inner strengths (e.g., social intelligence, leadership, teamwork, creativity, honesty, bravery, perspective, etc.).

• Venue: Café l'Assise (1 min walking from Bus Stop Bateliere, Bus#1 and Bus#25, next to the COOP)
If you would like to know more about the upcoming 8 weeks workshop (30th August - 18th October 2019) - see the attached photos. This workshop is an intensive 8-week in-person (program. It consists of mindful yoga as a warm up, core focus on character strengths reading and practical exercises with homework assignment to keep the learning with additional mindfulness retreat day at the end.
