About us
I am a life and career growth coach focusing on understanding and managing our emotions for a better quality of life. In this group I will help you identify your triggers - that which cause you to get worked up and experience intense feelings, which could derail your relationships at work or in your personal life. The group will share experiences and feed off each others’ wisdom to create greater self and social awareness and develop habits that will aid better self control. I will facilitate the group and offer conceptual and experiential insights . Together we will work on a better tomorrow with less stress and improved quality of life.

The group will meet every week to share ideas experiences and learn from each other. There will be a total of 10 sessions. I am seeking 6-8 participants. Each group will run for 60 minutes.
