Hello
Thank you for joining this group coaching program on Building Emotional Resilience and reducing stress. We will start the group sessions on June 2nd at 4.00 p.m. The group will run for an hour. there will be a total of 6 sessions. sessions will be held every two weeks for the next 3 months.
I will share a plan for the sessions and the group norms on the first day.
For these sessions to be effective , everyone must attend all the sessions . The group will be working together to support each other in achieving their individual goals. I will have a loosely structured curriculum. Just in case there is confusion about the platform and how it works, here is my email
