What we’re about

The idea of this group is to connect people through various mindful practices that help us live more skillfully in the world of stress and challenges.
This can be a great opportunity for you to learn some helpful technics and benefit your everyday life.

We are offering different sessions consistent of the following practices:
-breathwork and meditation
-yoga for adults and for kids with parents
-Qi gong
-other activities like creative writing, journaling,affirmations..

Our classes are free and available for everyone! Beginners or more experienced ones are welcome to join our community.

Each class is followed by sharing circle with the opportunity to connect on a deeper level and if you feel like extending your stay join us for a lunch at the local restaurant.
