If you are 60 years or older, please join me at the East Age Well Center located at the East Boulder Community Center for a Building Healthy Communities monthly meet and greet. Topics will target lifestyle medicine, evidence-based nutrition, and designed to support anyone looking to increase plants in their diet. Topics will vary month to month depending on participant interests.
