About us

Hi,

I'm Jeremy, a Licensed Master Social Worker, Marriage and Family Therapist, and certified life coach who has spent decades studying what actually helps people heal—both from my clinical training and my own lived experience with trauma.

One thing I've learned over and over: there is no single tool that fixes everything.

Real healing comes from building a portfolio of practices you can rely on in different moments. That's why I created this community.

What We Do Here
Every month, I offer:

  • One free workshop that teaches practical tools for self-awareness, emotional regulation, and healing
  • One coaching intensive for deeper, hands-on practice with real-time feedback (limited to small groups)
  • Integration Circle, a monthly support group for people actively working on their healing journey

Each workshop adds tools to your mental health portfolio, such as grounding skills, emotional resets, self-compassion practices, regulation techniques, and more, so over time, you have a deeper bench to draw from when life gets hard.

What We Explore Together

Self-Care That Actually Works
Not bubble baths and "treat yourself," but nervous system care, emotional regulation, boundaries, and restoration strategies you can use when life gets loud.
Healing From the Inside Out
Trauma, triggers, inner parts (IFS), and emotional patterns. You'll learn how your system works and how to work with it instead of fighting against it.
Mental Tools for Everyday Life
Cognitive reframing, self-compassion, self-awareness, and practices that help you stay steady when everything feels chaotic.
Using AI for Personal Growth
I teach Interactive Journaling, a method that helps you use AI as a reflective partner while staying grounded and safe. (I also write a Psychology Today column on AI and mental health.)

Why People Keep Coming Back

  • 97% satisfaction rate across 900 reviews
  • 690+ five-star reviews
  • 8,200+ members from 95+ countries
  • Practical tools you can use immediately, not just theory
  • A community that values honesty, curiosity, and real growth over perfection

My Approach
I believe the real engine of healing is the combination of self-awareness and self-compassion.
Healing doesn't require endlessly digging through your past. What matters most is understanding how your past shapes your present, your reactions, fears, patterns, and learning what you can do to change those experiences now.

You don't have to be perfect, put together, or know where to start. You only need to be curious about what might help you feel better.

If that's you, I'd love for you to join us.

Take care,
Jeremy

How Shame Infects Your Life And What To Do About It

Shame is a master of disguise.

It doesn’t usually announce itself. Instead, it mimics your own inner voice.

It sounds like logic. It sounds like the truth.

  • “I am too much.”
  • “I should be further along by now.”
  • “If I just tried harder, I could fix this.”

We'll review the three cruel tricks of shame and how to combat them.

The Difference Between "I Did Bad" and "I Am Bad": Most of us confuse guilt with shame. Guilt is helpful: “I made a mistake.” It helps us repair relationships and change behavior. Shame is destructive: “I am a mistake.” It attacks our identity. It tells us we are fundamentally flawed, unlovable, or broken.

When shame takes over, we don’t just feel bad—we feel unsafe. We hide. We over-function. We shut down. We try to earn a sense of worth that we actually never lost.

In this workshop, we are going to treat the infection.
We will move beyond the vague advice to "just love yourself" and use specific, practical tools to dismantle shame in real-time.

What We Will Explore:

  • The Vocabulary of Worth: How to distinguish between Guilt, Shame, and being Ashamed—and why Self-Worth isn't something you build, but something you uncover.
  • The Scripts of Shame: Identifying the specific phrases the "Shame Vendor" sells you every day (and how to stop buying them).
  • Cognitive Management: How to use logic and The Quarantine Method to stop a shame spiral before it consumes your day.
  • The Antidote: Why Self-Compassion isn't just "being nice" to yourself—it is the biological reset switch that turns off your threat response and allows you to feel safe again.

You do not have to live at the mercy of your inner critic. You are not the problem. Shame is just a script you were taught—and it is a script you can rewrite.

  • Recording: All participants will receive the workshop recording and the slide deck within 24 hours.
