Hi, I’m Jeremy.
I’m a social worker, family therapist, certified coach, and someone who has spent years studying what actually helps people heal. One thing I’ve learned over and over is this:
There is no single tool that fixes everything.
Real healing comes from having a portfolio of practices you can rely on in different moments.
That is why I created this group.
Every workshop here is designed to give you practical, usable tools you can add to your own personal healing system, tools for self-awareness, emotional clarity, nervous system regulation, and the day-to-day work of taking care of yourself.
I believe the real engine of healing is the combination of self-awareness and self-compassion.
And healing doesn't require endlessly digging through your past. What matters most is understanding how your past is shaping your present, your reactions, your fears, your patterns, and learning what you can do to change those experiences now.

- Self-Care That Actually Helps
Not bubble baths and “treat yourself,” but nervous system care, emotional regulation, boundaries, and practical restoration strategies you can use when life gets loud. - Healing From the Inside Out
Workshops on trauma, triggers, inner parts, and emotional patterns. You learn how your system works and how to work with it instead of fighting against it. - Mental Tools for Everyday Life
Cognitive management, self-compassion, self-awareness, and practices that help you stay steady when everything feels chaotic. - Using AI for Personal Reflection
A surprising skill, but a powerful one. I teach a method I call Interactive Journaling that helps you use AI as a reflective partner while staying grounded and safe.
Each workshop adds several tools to your portfolio, so over time you have a deeper bench to draw from: grounding skills, emotional resets, self-compassion practices, regulation techniques, inner parts work, and more.
This is a community for people who want to grow with honesty and clarity. You do not have to be perfect, put together, or know where to start. You only need to be curious about what might help you feel better.
