Sunset Yoga at Clifton
Green Point, Cape Town, WC, ZALYNN will be teaching a yoga class on Wednesday at Clifton. π§πΌββοΈ The session will be Vinyasa yoga, which focuses on synchronising movements with the breath and flowing between postures. We will start off with a slower traditional sequence to warm up, then take the class through an energising morning flow, ending with some gentle flexibility.
