About us
Recent published research in the Proceeding of National Academy of Sciences has shown positive effects of Meditation on body and mind. With regular practice of Sahaja Meditation one can quieten our thoughts in an effortless and spontaneous manner that brings down the anxiety and stress on a permanent basis.
Sahaja Meditation is meant for everyone who desires to find his or her true self, which is a life full of peace, joy and love for others. It is not just a book or a set of instructions but a living science that will open up to you gradually as your meditations become deeper and your experience stronger and more fulfilling.
Free Sahaja Meditation classes at Burlington, VT are going to be started. To begin with the classes would be live, interactive, online guided meditation classes, with real class room setting classes planned to start in Fall. Avail this wonderful oppurtunity to start meditating right where you are, with everyone else.
