Join in for a free in-person Sahaja Meditation class at the Fletcher Free Library, (The Pickering Room) on Sunday, July 10th, 4-5pm.

You will learn the simple and effective practice of Sahaja Meditation that helps reduce stress and anxiety. The class consists of guided meditation session that will teach us how to calm our thoughts and also we will learn how to meditate at home.
