About us

You know what to do.

You’ve read the books, listened to the podcasts, watched the videos, and promised yourself that this time will be different.

And yet you still find yourself overthinking, procrastinating, replaying conversations in your head, people-pleasing, or talking yourself out of the things you want most.
It’s exhausting.

Not because you aren’t motivated enough. Not because you need more information. But because knowing why you do something and actually changing it are two very different things.
This group is for women who are tired of living in that gap.

Each month, we explore the hidden patterns that keep you stuck and why your mind and body can resist change even when you genuinely want a different result. Through practical exercises, live demonstrations, and guided experiences, you’ll learn how to create change that goes beyond insight alone.

Imagine what life would look like if you could:

  • Stop replaying conversations after they happen.
  • Trust yourself to follow through instead of starting over.
  • Speak up without second-guessing yourself.
  • Make decisions with confidence.
  • Stop procrastinating on the things that matter most.
  • Go to bed with peace instead of mental noise.

If you’ve ever caught yourself wondering, “What’s wrong with me?” you’ll likely discover that nothing is wrong with you at all.

You’re not broken. You’re running patterns that once helped protect you but no longer serve the life you want to build.

This group is for you if:

  • You know what to do but struggle to actually do it.
  • You overthink, procrastinate, or replay things long after they’re over.
  • You’ve tried therapy, coaching, or self-help and still feel like something invisible keeps holding you back.
  • You’re tired of starting over and ready for a different approach.

No experience is necessary. Just bring your curiosity and a willingness to explore what’s really keeping you stuck.

My goal is to provide as much value as possible in every session. And if you discover that you’d like personalized help uncovering and changing your own unique patterns, there will always be an opportunity to explore working together more deeply through a consultation.

Stuck Between Wanting Change, and Not Letting Yourself

Stuck Between Wanting Change, and Not Letting Yourself

Do you ever feel like you know exactly what you should do… but somehow you still don’t do it?

You promise yourself this time will be different.

You’ll finally start the business.
Set the boundary.
Go to the gym.
Stop overthinking.
Trust yourself.

And then somehow…

You lose momentum.
You talk yourself out of it.
You end up right back where you started.

If you’ve ever found yourself asking…

“Why do I keep doing this?”

You’re not alone.

Most people assume they need more motivation, discipline, or willpower.

But what if that’s not the real problem?

What if part of you is genuinely ready for change… while another part is quietly pulling the brakes?

That inner tug-of-war is called internal conflict, and it’s one of the biggest reasons change can feel slow, exhausting, or inconsistent.

This has been one of our most popular workshops.

Many people leave saying things like:

“I finally understand why I’ve been fighting myself for so long.”

If you’ve ever felt frustrated because you know what to do but can’t seem to follow through, you’ll probably recognize yourself throughout this session.

This isn’t another motivational workshop.

You won’t leave with another morning routine.

Or another list of habits to try.

Instead, you’ll discover why your brain has been resisting the very things you consciously want—and why understanding that can completely change the way you approach personal growth.

This meeting is designed to help you see yourself differently, not simply convince you to try harder.

Imagine leaving this meeting knowing…

✔ Why you keep getting pulled back into familiar patterns

✔ Why willpower works for a while… then disappears

✔ Why you’re not broken - and never were

✔ Why understanding yourself hasn’t automatically created change

✔ What needs to shift so moving forward starts feeling easier instead of harder

What we’ll explore together

• Why wanting change and resisting it can exist at the same time

• How internal conflict forms and why it’s often mistaken for self-sabotage

• Why willpower fails when different parts of you want different things

• How alignment creates momentum and lasting change

• What shifts when you stop fighting yourself and start working with your mind instead of against it

You don’t need any previous experience with NLP or personal development.

Everything will be explained in clear, practical language that anyone can understand.

Why it’s worth attending live

This meeting isn’t just information.

It’s an experience designed to help you recognize patterns in yourself that are often difficult to see on your own.

Many people leave with a completely different understanding of why they’ve been stuck - and a renewed sense of hope that change doesn’t have to feel so difficult.

Most people leave with…

• More clarity

• Less self-judgment

• A calmer sense of direction

• Greater confidence in themselves

• A practical understanding of why lasting change has felt so difficult - and what to do differently moving forward

Join us live

If you’ve spent years trying harder…

Maybe it’s time to stop asking,

“What’s wrong with me?”

…and start understanding what’s actually been happening beneath the surface.

I’d love to have you join us.
