If you feel you like you’re on a hamster wheel with no end in sight, you might be experiencing burnout – and you’re not alone.

Burnout is often a result of over commitment, feeling overwhelmed, ignoring what our bodies are trying to tell us, saying “yes” to commitments when our heart is saying “no”.

Burnout isn’t a failure – it’s a signal.

What happens when we don't pay attention to signs of burnout?
Burnout gradually catches up with us in the form of illness or accidents, missing out on special moments, losing sight of personal values, and burnout deeply affects our health and longevity.

Join us Thursday, August 6, 2026. In this meeting, we’ll talk about what happens when you override your limits, why it feels so hard to say “no,” and how to begin setting boundaries in a way that feels authentic and doable. You’ll leave with practical ideas for protecting your time, energy, and emotional well‑being.

Our last meeting was filled with sincere conversation and connection discussing “boundaries” and why so many women carry the weight of expectations — at work, at home, in relationships — and feel pressured to be available even when they’re exhausted.

If you’re ready to feel supported and less alone, join this welcoming group of women.
