A community committed to healing from burnout.

If you feel you like you’re on a hamster wheel with no end in sight, you might be experiencing burnout – and you’re not alone.

Burnout is often a result of over commitment, feeling overwhelmed, ignoring what our bodies are trying to tell us, saying “yes” when our heart is saying “no”, or trying to hold everything together while anxiety or fear holds us back from making a change.

Burnout isn’t a failure – it’s a signal to take care of ourselves.

What happens when we don't?

Burnout gradually catches up with us in the form of illness or accidents, missing out on special moments, losing sight of personal values, and burnout deeply affects our health and longevity.
