Burnout Support for Women
Details
If you feel you like you’re on a hamster wheel with no end in sight, you might be experiencing burnout – and you’re not alone.
Burnout is often a result of over commitment, feeling overwhelmed, ignoring what our bodies are trying to tell us, saying “yes” to commitments when our heart is saying “no”.
Burnout isn’t a failure – it’s a signal.
Join us on Thursday, Sept 3, 2026. In this meeting, we’ll talk about changing careers. When burned out, “What else can I do” can feel impossibly large. We will be covering ways to approach change and share a tool for uncovering your natural talents and gifts. You’ll leave with practical small steps you can take towards making a career change.

At our last meeting, we explored personal defenses such as people-pleasing, pushing through, and staying busy. Dana Pasculescu, LMFT, shared her expertise and the effects personal defenses can have on our health and relationships. She informed the group of the necessary awareness to make lasting transformation. The women in this group are leaders and shared their own personal experiences.
If you are experiencing burnout or a personal change feels out of your control, join us, September 3rd.
