ABOUT OUR SPEAKERS:
Esther Derby is widely recognized as one of the most influential voices in the Agile community, particularly in organizational development, team coaching, and management transformation. With a career that began in programming, she has since held roles as a business owner, internal consultant, and manager. Her deep understanding of how work environments and organizational dynamics impact success has shaped her work over the past 25 years, helping companies create conditions that enable teams and individuals to thrive.

David Horowitz is the co-founder of Retrium*.* A former software developer turned Agile coach, he spent nearly a decade at The World Bank and the International Finance Corporation, where he saw the challenges of effective retrospectives at scale. Today, he is a regular speaker at Agile conferences and brings deep expertise in fostering team improvement through better retrospectives.

Diana Larsen is a Leadership Agility Advisor recognized for her visionary yet pragmatic approach to team and organizational development. For decades, she has helped leaders and teams build Agile proficiency that aligns with their business needs.
