Osha Liang, a patent law firm, invites computer scientists, computer engineers, and high level developers to an open house to learn how to become a patent agent, and then attorney. Amazingly, the firm pays you for this patent agent training! And, if you choose to do so, you could qualify to receive tuition assistance to attend law school.

FYI, Patent Agents make up to $200,000, and attorneys more.

Mr. Robert Lord, Managing Partner of Osha Liang’s Silicon Valley office, will give a talk on “Who Law Firms Hire and Why”. Refreshments and light snacks will be served.

Attendees MUST have the following characteristics:

1. Possess a computer science or a computer engineering degree (or equivalent degree with a heavy focus on applied math) from an accredited US university. Industry experience is a huge plus.

2. Enjoys writing and speaking proficiently in English.
