Business Owners Using AI - Miami is a community for entrepreneurs, solopreneurs, and small and medium business owners across South Florida — Miami, Fort Lauderdale, Aventura, Hollywood, and all of Miami-Dade and Broward — who are putting AI to work automating operations, augmenting their teams, and rethinking how their businesses run.
The group is run by Matthew Grote, former Head of AI Strategy at Siemens Energy Grid Technologies, where he led AI adoption at enterprise scale. Now he helps small and medium businesses apply the same playbook: what actually works, what to skip, and how to get real results with a small team.
This group is for owners and operators comparing notes on what's really working — AI tools, automation, ChatGPT and Claude workflows, AI marketing — and what to do when your AI integration isn't working the way you want it to.
