💰 Why We Charge
Fees help cover venue costs, manpower costs, activity materials, and ensure a smooth, enjoyable experience for everyone.
IMPORTANT
🙏 To better manage event turnout, we have the following policy for all our events:
- No refunds for change of mind or sudden unavailability after confirmation.
> If plans change, please reschedule at least 72 hours before the event. Payment will be converted into credits valid for 1 month.
- In the event of event cancellation, a full refund will be provided promptly.
